As every one knows, there is no free lunch.
We have analyzed our free shipping and feel that it has not been a fair program to everyone.  The new plan will have lower part prices and you will pay actual shipping costs. Those living closer to us will pay less shipping than those living far away. I am still working on a plan for boat accessories. My distributor does not tell me the shipping weight or cost until it goes out the door. For now shipping on boat accessories will be flat rated and included in the price for orders over $100 and under 10 lbs. Items over 10 lbs will be billed separate for shipping cost and the order will be shipped when paid, just like we do with all international orders. Boat Accessories under $100 and under 10 lbs will have a minimum shipping charge of $11.95

If any of your Sierra items are special order it takes about four weeks to get here from the factory for those items. To speed up your order we will have it drop shipped direct from the factory with no additional fees for over $100.

International Shipping 
International shipping must be quoted on a order by order basis.
Here is a list below of the countries that Pay Pal services and that we will ship to if there are no restrictions on the item. To get an idea of the extra International shipping cost you can go to the USPS Web Site (
Click Here ) and look up your country, then guess at the weight and the insurance value in the Priority Mail® International category then add $9.95 to cover our time to pickup the part, fill out the international paper work , and stand in line at the post office. When you order, I will send you a payment request for the difference to cover International shipping. Please make sure you have a working e-mail address with paypal.
The Priority Mail® International now has tracking to most countries for you. All that it is good for is to tell you that it has left the USA. I have no way to track it once it has left the USA. Always first check with your local post office, custom house and next-door neighbors before giving up on a delivery.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees: Customs procedures and charges vary from country to country Boating Buddy USA is not responsible for any costs, delays or problems caused by shippers or customs once the shipment leaves our warehouse. All costs associated with importation are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be collected at time of customs clearance and/or upon delivery in destination country. Import costs are not included in merchandise price or shipping charges. Please check with your local officials to get a cost estimate before placing your order. If customs and duties are not paid, goods will be abandoned and no refund given.

No Tax

You  pay no sales tax, except in Minnesota. 
We are not required to collect sales and use tax on deliveries throughout the US, except  in Minnesota.

Cancel an order
 Most orders are shipped within a few hours after being placed. If your order has already been shipped, simply refuse the order upon delivery(does not apply to international orders).

All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking charge (30% on special order drop ships) and you pay the return shipping. There are no returns allowed on any electronic parts and they must be received by us within 60 days of the ordering date. If more than 60 days from date of order you will receive a store credit.
Return Requirements

Request a return authorization
Returned products must be in brand new, mint condition and the refund is on the product cost only. Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, plastic bags, and the blank warranty cards. The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within a new shipping carton. Please note that the warranty card must not be filled out. Any Blister packed items or products that come in hard plastic wrap can only be returned if unopened and in original condition. There are no returns allowed on any electronic parts. Returns must be received by within 14 calendar days after email date of your RMA and within 60 days of the ordering date. If more than 60 days from date of order you will receive a store credit.
